Join us for our next beginners series October 5, 2019. Learn the fundamentals of yoga in our beginners series. In a non-intimidating setting, you’ll learn how to get in and out of basic postures, how to transition from pose to pose and the importance of yogic breathing. You will finish the class with a solid foundation, capable of attending any yoga class with confidence. Class meets twice a week for four weeks: Saturdays from noon to 1pm and Wednesdays from 8 to 9pm. Cost is $75. Register today!
